RETURN POLICY

1. 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns requesting a refund. 30% restocking fee applied to all returns requesting an exchange.
2. Please insure all returned packages. ShoesUSA.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages.
3. Please include the Return Product Form and a legible copy of your sales receipt to assure that your return / exchange will be accurately processed.
4. We will not process any refunds or exchanges for merchandise shipped back after 10 days from date you received your package.
5. We will not refund / exchange any used, altered, or damaged product. All used returns will be returned to the sender.
6. Please enclose $9.50 USD if you are returning to exchange your product to be shipped to a U.S. address, and $39.50 USD if you are returning to exchange your product to be shipped to an international address. If money order is not included with your return package, your credit card will be charged the proper shipping fee upon shipment of your exchange order.
